Hi Henry, Saw the current page on your site. As you hopefully understand, we're not trying to restrict parody or satire. We're just protecting against the possibility that people will mistakenly associate your page with Google (which your emails indicate happened on a few occasions). Anyway, thanks again for removing the Google trademark and logo. Although our previous letter explicitly referenced the Google trademark and logo, we thought it implicit that it also included variations on our trademark or trade dress. While it may be permissible for you to use the term "googol" in certain contexts, using it in a stylized manner that clearly resembles the Google logo is inappropriate. Since it isn't necessary for disseminating the message you have on the page, please remove it and replace it with something that is not confusingly similar to Google trademarks or trade dress.
