You can barely see Alcatraz here. Note the cool balanced rock statues. The guy who does these was actually there that day, bounding around collecting rocks, hefting them appraisingly and balancing them in the most surprising combinations. He claimed that he always takes them down afterward so they won't be a hazard to animal passersby, but I've seen his work standing unattended along the Bay Trail between the St. Francis Yacht Club and the Golden Gate Bridge.
